Boys Lead Foundation is an international organization that was founded in 2017 with the mission to educate and empower boys in tech, sports, politics, entrepreneurship, social justice, leadership, girls’ empowerment, masculinity, and STEM to transform our world.
The Global Boys Summit is the brainchild of the Boys Leadership Foundation as a platform to provide boys and young men of color with the opportunity to learn about gender equality, network with other leaders, and be empowered in tech, sports, politics, entrepreneurship, social justice, leadership, girls’ empowerment, and STEM on a global level learning from experts, educators, advocates, entrepreneurs, politicians, and others.
This summit includes sessions that will help boys and young men of color learn more about these themes, and more significantly, it will provide many opportunities for them to apply these abilities. We believe that connection is essential, therefore at this summit and in our workshops, we will emphasise establishing community and empowering boys and young men of color. Not only would they gain the experience, but they would also leave with lifelong friendships.
Boys and young men of color are often excluded from conversations about gender equality and other topics that matter to them. The Global Boys Summit aims to address this by providing a space for boys and young men of color to share their stories, identify solutions, and connect with one another around the world.
Global Boys Summit is held to celebrate, raise awareness, and amplify the voices of advocates, mentors, coaches, parents, caregivers, and everyone working for the development and empowerment of boys and young men of color across the globe. . This summit aims to inspire boys to feel a sense of belonging and raise awareness for empowerment. This empowerment will bring about positive changes in our communities and the world.
This summit will launch a campaign to have the UN recognize the international day for boys.
The Global Boys’ Summit 2024 will build a multicultural, intergenerational, and citizen environment where boys and young men from all around the world may connect and determine the social changes they wish to see. It will also establish a space to foster the leadership of boys.

The Global Boys Summit 2024 brings together boys and young men from around the world to raise awareness about the importance of mentorship and work towards creating positive change in communities. The summit provides a platform for boys to share ideas, form networks, and explore opportunities for personal and professional growth. It also serves as a space to discuss and address challenges and stereotypes faced by boys and young men, and to develop global solutions to these issues.
